Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Propose new solutions during business requirements planning meetings.

• Need to understand Salesforce Architecture and propose new insights on improving existing Salesforce eco system.

• Need to drive the technical meetings guide the team when they seek technical assistance.

• Ensure having Salesforce work experience on APEX, Visualforce and LWC.

• Ensure having good experience on Integrating multiple systems with Salesforce, including internal proprietary and third-party applications.

• Build/modify custom objects and integrating existing desktop and web apps with legacy/ERP systems.

• Build/modify page layouts, search layouts to coordinate fields, custom links, related lists, and other components on a record detail and edit pages.

• Build/modify pick lists, dependent pick lists, lookups, junction objects, master detail relationships, validation, and formula fields to the custom objects.

• Possess comprehensive understanding of CRM business processes

• Possess comprehensive understanding of CRM business processes like Campaign Management, Lead Management, Account Management, Case Management, Quote, Forecasting, and Call Center.

• Customizing standard objects like Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Products, Price books, Cases, Leads, Campaigns as per client’s need.

• Modify or Setup security like roles, profiles, field level securities.

• Need to generate and analyze custom reports and dashboard for management and various business unit personnel to provide detail information on key performance indicators.

• Improve the Salesforce applications through automations including lightning flow, Workflow, Process builders, Approval Processes, and Critical issue Rules.

• Build datasets and load data using migration tools like Data Loader, Import Wizard.

Practices:

• Partner with Sales business to understand capability needs and to improve the overall efficiency of the teams.

• Ensure delivery of Sales solutions within our Salesforce toolset and on premise accustomed applications.

• Provide expert functional and process mentorship on system capabilities and solution approaches.

• Work within multi-functional teams (Operations areas, other SCRUM teams, Salesforce, SAP and PMO) to drive successful deployments.

• Must have solid understanding & experience working in teams implementing Agile/Kanban Methodologies.

• Must have Salesforce architectural experience with solution crafting.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Around 7 years’ of diversified experience as a Salesforce Engineer and Solution Designer.

• Must have extensive experience on Salesforce.com implementation cycle in Sales, Marketing, Service and support modules.

• Must have work experience on managed packages like Salesforce CPQ, APPTUS CLM, Excel based tools like Valor X.

• Must have extensive experience in B2B, B2C Sales solutions using Salesforce, customized sales platforms.

• Must have experience in Salesforce.com, Force.com Apex Classes, Apex triggers, Integration, Visual force, Force.com API, SOQL, and SOSL.

• In depth of REST/SOAP APIs and experience building integrations with Salesforce.com preferable.

• Must have knowledge in data transformation tools like SSIS ETL and Sesame.

• Must have excellent communication and inter-personal skills, accustomed to working in both large and small team environments.

• Must have strong hands-on experience in solving production issues raised by business and customers.

• Strong systems thinking and problem-solving capability.

• Self-motivated and outcome oriented.

• Capability to build strong rapport with customer/collaborator groups.

• Experience in collaborating with team members to get results.

• Ability to facilitate and drive decisions and clarification.

• Ability to work independently with short deadlines

• Experience in the high-tech industry (preferred)

• Salesforce Certifications:

o Salesforce Administrator

o Platform Developer I

o Platform Developer 2

Education:

• BE/B.Tech/BS/B.B.A or any equivalent degree/graduation in Information Systems and Business. See Less
