12 to 16 years of experiencewith hands on experience- coding and technology for a Manager level. - Team size 8 to 10 ppl
2. ⁠Team management experience – mini 2 + years. Will manage a team of 20+ resources.
3. ⁠Strong AWS experience will be a add on - SAAS product based exp, but cloud is Must.
4. ⁠Hands-on exp on Architecture- Micro services
5. ⁠Someone at Team lead (usually handling 5 6 resources) will also work if he is handling the team management part and the next level is Manager.
6. ⁠If you are looking for team leads, they should be really strong and need team management experience on papers - mini 2 years
7. Minimum 3 to 4 years in cloud and Micro services for a Manager level.
8. Open to look for both product and services based organizations if they have worked on good products.
9. They will be part of merits and promotions in the end of the year. - Not a mandatory exp but can be trained.
