We’re looking for an IT recruiter who can be a part of our recruitment team that understands and helps companies in hiring capable and determined women from our candidate pool.This team is one of JobsForHer’s highest-performing teams and makes hiring simple and easy for our clients. The team consists of some of our most active, spontaneous and dedicated members.As our IT Recruiter, you will screen and provide the best potential candidate list to companies that are on board with us. You will be part of the delivery team and be responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities. You will also have the opportunity to work on multiple skill sets across functional areas and industries.Eligibility CriteriaMinimum 3-5 years of hands-on recruitment experience in technical and non-technical skills (technical experience is preferred)

Experience in sourcing, screening, shortlisting, closing and follow-up with potential candidates
Develop and deliver recruitment solutions in line with client’s expectations
Ability to multitask and be responsive in handling requirements.
