Job Description
As an IT Manager within the Information Technology Team (IT) you are responsible to own and drive teams to our direct customer base – High Volume Manufacturing (HVM) Sites. You will collaborate with global teams to deploy aligned solutions. You will be responsible for software which runs high volume manufacturing sites and data systems on the factory floors across the sites including alignment of solutions and processes. The team is also accountable to the business processes, systems, support, and sustainment as it pertains to our manufacturing sites within manufacturing.As the leader you will be accountable to developing the team, processes, and resources to deliver outcomes that encourage work review performance. - Collaborate with architects on the project roadmap
- Provide Safe, Compliant, and Ethical Work Environment
- Maintain knowledge of and apply company safety, labor, and ethics policies
- Coordinate execution of mandatory training for direct reports
- Identify, resolve and report potential safety, security, and labor issues
- Adhere to company ethics and confidentiality policies regarding vendors and suppliers
- Bachelors Degree
- Computer Science, Computer Information Systems
- Related field of study
- Leading and supervising software development or operations teams in an IT environment
- Project management experience
- IT development experience
- Strong leadership skills (leading without authority, cross functions teams)
- Demonstrate concise and clear communications, written and verbal
- Strong project and program management skills
- Critical thinking and problem solving skills
