Job Description
As an ITautomationsystem administrator, youwillmanageourRobotic Process Automationservices includingautomaticpatch/update/ticketing, and self-service support.Ensure that we provide the right solutions for our customers and that they are satisfied.Jointheon-call rotation to provide 24x7 supportandtake necessarystepto provide the resolution andfollowour SLA.Responsibilities and Tasks
- Work with the teamand customertoanalyze problem, find solution, maintain ourapplicationstability.
- Create systemknowledgedocumentation, testing, training, and post-deployment assessments.
- Install, configure, support, and maintain web solutions with current OS/software/firmware patches and upgrades.
- Coordinate planned downtime and software installs of assigned servers.
- Provide 24x7 on-call technical support and expertise for customer issues
- Evaluate and test new software for compatibilitywith the computing environment.

- Communicate and collaborate with peer groups (enterprise architects, security team, network team, etc.).
- Bachelor/Master's degree in computer science preferred.
- 3+years’ experiencein development tools and platforms
- PowerShell/DSC
- ASP.Net (Entity Framework/MVC )
- C#
- Rest API design/development/consumption
- MS SQL Server (T-SQL, Stored Procedures, Functions)
- Ansible
- Not required and is desirable
- Windows Administration
- Experience with VMware/PowerCLI
- Experience with networking/DNS
- Experience with SMTP
- Asynchronous programming
- Good knowledge on ITIL/ITSM.
- Flexibility/situational adaptability – love for learning new things
- Strong English oral and written communication
- Customer focus w/ strong problem-solving skills
- Exceptional organization and delivery skills
