Job Description

RESPONSIBILIITES:• Prepare monthly/quarterly/ annual financial accounts closing for multiple entities as per local and USGAAP requirements and disclosures;• Provide variance analysis for such FS• Basic knowledge of US GAAP / IFRS (preferred)• Manage quarterly Balance sheet substantiation and SOX process• Support intercompany balances, reconciliations, payments etc• Coordinate year end audits• Responsible for cash management, payments and quarterly capital planning process• Assist in ad hoc requests for financial information of entities assigned• Review/prepare tax calculations including corporate income tax and Goods and Services Tax• Liaise with other internal departments within the firm (e.g. tax, legal, treasury, deal teams, middle office) globally in the course of his/ her workSKILL / EXPERIENCE• CA/ CPA qualification with strong accounting knowledge.• Knowledge of JD Edwards application and its modules will be an added advantage.• Basic excel and MS office skill...  See More
