- Participate in project planning, requirements gathering, and solution design sessions to ensure alignment with business objectives and technical standards.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users, addressing questions, issues, and enhancement requests related to IBM Sterling solutions.
- Stay current with IBM Sterling product releases, new features, and best practices, and assess their potential impact on the organization.
