In this role, you will contribute to the continuous process improvement on management reporting, report standardization and rationalization.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Work closely with PDT team and ITP operation in delivering PDT led initiatives and value case associated to them
  • Identify opportunities for cost reduction, avoidance & working capital improvements and deliver the same
  • Work closely with operation team, providing expertise in design, testing of technology/tools & process
  • Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff
  • Build key reports, perform data & process standardization
  • Closely work with ITP operation & CI team to deliver higher efficiency along with working with upstream teams of procurement & vendor master
  • Responsible in driving data & metrics improvement opportunities
  • Responsible for building reporting capabilities/platforms with the support of enablement team
  • Contribute and implement continuous process improvement, including simplifying and optimizing process, improving data integrity, and leveraging current technology.
  • Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
  • Other duties as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s or MBA degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Good/Excellent knowledge of SAP (Deployment/End user) & VIM from PTP domain
  • Minimum 9-16 years of F&A experience- domain procure to pay or invoice to pay
  • Knowledge/deployment experience of Tools like Celonis, chat bot & web form solution tools
  • Experience of deployment of Ariba & any other e-invoicing platforms
  • Knowledge/experience of building Powerbi reports
  • Experience of project management
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Deep understanding of how end to end processes operate within a shared service environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (English)
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills; Excellent presentation skills
  • Other minimum qualifications may apply
PRIOR BENEFICIAL EXPERIENCES
  • Ability to work in a global, matrixed company
  • Six Sigma certified- Green Belt
  • Macro or other automation tool building experience
  • Knowledge of Concur
