We are looking for a Recruiter to join us and manage the recruiting process for our clients. The responsibilities include using various channels to look for potential candidates, contacting passive candidates and building talent pipelines for future hiring needs.Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Interact with potential candidates on social media/job-portals and professional networks
  • Craft and send recruiting emails
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to determine position requirements
  • Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques
  • Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs
  • Ask for referrals from network
  • Communicate with past applicants regarding new job opportunities
  • Maintain all sourced profiles to the relevant job on database
  • Monitor Quality Index – Number of profiles that undergo first round of interview vs number of profiles sourced
Requirements and skills
  • Proven work experience as a Talent Sourcer/Recruiter.
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques.
