Talent sourcing of candidates by using databases, social media etc. and setting up interviews.
Screen candidates’ Resumes and assess their relevant knowledge and experience.
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

4+ years of experience in HR with atleast 2+ years

Preferably a diploma/ masters in HR
Good communication skills
Ability to work atleast for 6 hours a day
