- Handle B2B hotel booking queries through mails/calls/messages
- Communicate & action queries as per requirement
- Escalate queries & concerns to concerned department/person
- Follow SOPs and focus towards query management
- Keep track and be updated of the changes in hotel policies
- Focused to follow result oriented work
- Strong & effective query conversion through follow ups
