About the Job – Experienced SAP professional with over 8 years of relevant experience in configuring G/L, A/P, A/R, Asset Accounting, and global enterprise settings. Skilled in understanding business requirements, conducting gap analysis, and preparing end-user training documents. Proficient in functional and integration testing, production support, and resolving day-to-day user queries. Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, developing test scenarios, and guiding testers using Test Management tools like ADO for efficient defect resolution.

Location: All BSL (Noida, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, and Mumbai)

Educational Background – A suitable educational background for this role would typically include a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities

· Analyze and comprehend the organization's business requirements.

· Configure General Ledger (G/L), Accounts Payable (A/P), Accounts Receivable (A/R), and Asset Accounting modules.

· Demonstrate proficiency in costing methodologies.

· Establish and adjust global and enterprise structure settings.

· Validate report requirements and manage any customization changes.

· Develop comprehensive end-user training materials.

· Address day-to-day queries and issues from end users.

· Gather information on existing business processes and document findings.

· Conduct data mapping to align source and target environments.

· Perform gap analysis to identify disparities between current and desired processes.

· Execute functional and integration testing.

· Provide production support for other integrated SAP modules.

· Manage multiple projects and deliverables concurrently.

· Develop test scenarios based on requirements/user stories.

· Collaborate with cross-module team members to design end-to-end test scenarios.

· Guide SAP testers in creating necessary test cases.

· Identify and prepare required test data for scenario execution.

· Support testers in understanding core functional processes and addressing impediments.

· Participate in defect resolution calls and provide inputs to development teams.

· Utilize Test Management tools like ADO to define test plans and scenarios.
