Job Description
You will be part of a small Facility Services team and you will carry out below routine and development activities.
- Participate in Staff Assistant meetings to share job related best practices and solicit feedback to resolve problems.
- Participate in sitewide FS projects and Leading the new projects of FS services and implementing the same with in the time lines.
- Participate in site wide cross functional projects. Review programs and make rec-commendations for program changes to deliver cost savings and improved customer services.
- Up keeping/ upgrading of Physical security system (ACS, CCTV & Intrusion)
- Managing the AESO, Avigilion apps fort Access cards/ CCTV.
- Processing of Invoices, Purchase order set-IFM Related.
- Make all purchases of IFM through

- Make all purchases of IFM through the Cabin System and reconciliation of the bills.
- Managing the process of the CMMC FM system (Plannon) implementation in India from User side.
- Helping the FS team in all regulatory related the documentation
- Reconciliation of the FM Budget of IFM & Cost control
- Coordination FS related works with Internal team.
- Drafting the New SOP and process flow for FS related works and monitoring the effective implementation of the same.
Being back up for all the FS services. - Implementation of Facility Services (FM) improvement projects
- Work with Sodexo (IFM provider) for timely maintenance of technical installations.
- Maintain Physical Security for NZIN.
- IFM related matters including issue of Purchase orders, Invoice processing, change orders, cost check etc…
- Coordinate on going project with PE team and ensur proper hand over.
- Draft and review the SOPs and other documentation.
- You will also be more specict task that support the development of the function.
- 5-10 years in Facility Management activities.
- Preferable with a technical background
- Good knowledge on Security systems.
- Good Knowledge on Project management
- Good Communication on Voice & Email.
- Interesting in digitalization of Facility services.
- Knowledge of Planon software
- English communication to interact with team and Manager
- Good stakeholder management skills and customer service orientation.
- Analytical, systematic and structured; Ensures knowledge is built for the organization.
- Proactive and self-monitoring; Resourceful and solution-focused; Good follow-up skills and task management.
- Excellent verbal and written presentation skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work with huge data set
