Job Description

I am looking for an proactive executive assistant who can assist me in my day to day life as a solo entreprenuer.

First and Foremost, I need the assistant to be tech savvy and comfortable working on new age tools and applications like Evernote, Clickup, ChatGPT etc.
The main task will be pertaining to documenting (SOPs) and managing the workflows of the various tasks involving my work and life.Other Tasks (indicative and not an exhaustive list) : -
  • Managing emails and responding to inquiries
  • Scheduling appointments and managing my calendar
  • Data entry and organizing files and documents
  • Ensuring that all the tasks of the firm are moving forward and being proactive in removing the bottlenecks ( street smartness is a major plus )
  • Conducting research on various topics
  • Assisting with project management and coordination
  • Updating and maintaining databases -
  • Providing general administrative support as needed

  • Experience with project management tools. The individual will be majorly working on Clickup in the first few weeks of employment
