What Work You Will be Responsible For:

· Hands-on Senior Developer to oversee a group of automation developers to deliver intelligent automation solutions for businesses across the firm.

· Conduct Peer-review for the code developed by junior developers.

· Assess automation opportunities from technical perspective and perform due diligence to arrive at an optimal solution.

· Understanding business requirements, current and future state process design and translating into an automation solution using optimal and efficient workflow.

· Create and maintain Solution Design Document throughout the project lifecycle.

· Work closely with stakeholders to understand their business needs.

· Collaborate with project managers, developers, and other team members to design and implement automation solutions.

· Continuously monitor the effectiveness of automation solutions and identify opportunities for further optimization.

Basic Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to gather, analyse, and interpret data from multiple sources.

· 5+ years of experience working with intelligent automation tools such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA). Experience with UiPath a must & Microsoft Power Automate is preferred.

Preferred/Desired Skillsets

· Ability to direct a team of developers and testers to implement automation solutions independently.

· Experience in an Agile environment. Experience with use of Microsoft Devops is preferred.

· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

· Expertise in UiPath tools such as Task Mining, Process Mining, Automation Hub etc. is a plus. See Less
