We are looking for an E-Commerce Executive to join our fast-growing team, who has extensive knowledge of handling Amazon, Flipkart, & other fmcg seller account panels for India.Day to day responsibilities include product listing, marketing, inventory planning, warehouse operations handling, sales projection etc. •*Key Responsibilities**: -
- Demand planning and inventory ( dispatch, returns, pickup coordination - Seller Account issues/ Case raise support.
- Day to Day Amazon operations task.
- Pricing inventory, Health Management
- Manage all e commerce operations, including listing management, sales projections, and inventory planning across multiple platforms
- Ensure accurate and timely order processing, fulfillment, and shipping
- Develop and implement processes to optimize warehouse and logistics operations, including inventory management, order tracking, and returns management Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, graphics, sales & warehousing to provide critical support n

- Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of risk. Use Excel sheets (pivot tables, vlookup) to provide insights and reporting to the managers.
- Place purchase orders with our vendors and ensure all items are on schedule and delivery to our warehouses are swift.
- Continuously assess and improve processes to scale operations and meet business goals.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in ecommerce operations, with a proven track record of success
- Experience with listing management and sales projections on platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart and Myntra.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of logistics and warehouse operations, including inventory planning and management - A passion for e commerce and a deep understanding of the industry.
