As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our digital marketing campaigns to promote our brand and products.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and sales growth across various digital channels including social media, email, SEO, SEM, and advertising.
- Plan and manage performance marketing budgets, allocate resources effectively, and optimize campaigns to achieve ROI targets.
- Collaborate with the social media team to ensure consistent brand messaging and content across all digital platforms.
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to measure the success of digital marketing efforts and implement data-driven optimization

- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Demonstrable experience designing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts & best practices, digital marketing channels, tools, and analytics platforms.
- Experience managing and optimizing websites, content management systems (CMS), email marketing platforms & content marketing.
- Proficiency in SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, Meta Ads & social media advertising platforms.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role, preferably in the beauty or skincare industry. However, lack of prior experience is not a barrier here - We value the passion & potential in you, and welcome individuals who have the hunger to learn & grow alongside our team!
