Proven experience in software development, with at least years in a leadership or management role.
Strong technical background in relevant technologies or programming languages.
Excellent project management skills, with a track record of successfully leading and delivering complex software projects.
Deep understanding of agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, and practical experience implementing them in a development environment.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Strong leadership qualities, including decision-making, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
