Excellent opportunity as a "Day Care In-charge" from a reputed Montessori Learning Habitat located at South Delhi

Position:​​ Parent Relationship Associate (F) Timing: ​​09:30 am to 6:30 pm Salary: ​​According to the experience. Responsibilities and Duties
Supervise and monitor the safety of children in day care.
Organize Meal time and snacks for Children.
Help children keep good hygiene.
Organize activities or implement curriculum that allow children to learn about the world and explore interests. Develop schedules and routines to ensure that children ​have enough physical activity, rest, and playtime.
Ensure that caregivers understand instructions and perform their duties well.
Watch for signs of emotional or developmental problems in children and bring the problems to the attention of parents
Keep records of children’s progress, routines, and interest.
Ensure that resources are utilized effectively and work towards minimizing wastage.

Be calm and composed and a good team player.
Excellent Communication skills are required for interaction with parents about the progress of the children in their care. Good listening skills to understand parents’ instructions.
The person should be enthusiastic, takes Initiative and displays Ownership.
Additional Skills ​Knowledge of early child development milestones and child related concepts and practices.
Basic Computer skills including MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.

Art and craft and Story-telling skills.
