have good communication skills (Verbal & Written) and mustbe comfortable with English and Hindi language.
Good PC skills, data entry skills and Telephone etiquettes.

Candidates who speak regional languages like Tamil, Malayalam, Bengali,Gujarati, Kannada, Telugu, Marathi, Odiya, Assamese, Maithili are alsowelcome to apply.
Candidates should be interested in mentoring and guiding students.
0-5 years of counselling experience in the education industry or working ina BPO set up in voice process (Outbound / Inbound)
MODE OF WORKFlexibility to work from campus / home in rotational shifts or regular shiftfrom 9 AM to 6 PM(Work from Home ) and 9 AM to 5 PM(From campus.
If the candidate is working from home, he / she may need to visit thecampus initially for the training activity or for any other purpose as per therequirement of the university. Candidates might be asked to report to campusfor 2-3 months during lean period of admisisons.
