-Understand and assess customer needs, offering personalized recommendations for Babynama’s range of services.
-Facilitate scheduling and coordination of video consultations with pediatricians, ensuring a smooth and supportive experience for parents.
-Maintain a high level of service quality, embodying Babynama's mission of delivering proactive and compassionate pediatric care.
-Collaborate with the Babynama team to continuously improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
-Participate in training and development sessions to deepen understanding of pediatric care and customer service excellence.
Requirements:-Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
-Demonstrated empathy and the ability to understand and respond to the needs of new mothers with sensitivity.
-Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
-Prior experience in customer support or a related field is preferred.
-A background in healthcare, nursing, or pediatrics is advantageous but not mandatory.
-We have a strong preference for candidates who are mothers themselves, offering first-hand experience and understanding of the challenges and concerns faced by our customer base.
What We Offer:A remote and flexible working environment. - 6 Hour rotational shifts. INR 15,000 Salary/month
