Job Description

Customer Relationship Manager at Lawsikho.comLawSikho.com is to impart practical legal skills to lawyers, CS, CAs and working professionals. All our courses are online and have a high degree of interactivity.We need a Customer Relationship Manager. This is a full-time work from home position.Required Skills:
* Should be fluent in speaking in English and Hindi language (use Grammarly to correct emails if necessary)

*Should have a thorough knowledge of working on Google docs and sheets

* Should be patient and willing to have a conversation for 20 to 25 minutes if necessary (you can't sound like a boring or automated telecaller and will need to connect with the learner)

*Should have a keen eye on figuring out problem situations and willing to come up with solutions

* Should be able to work autonomously (with minimal instructions), should not need supervision and should be able to plan by herself

* Manage our online helpdesk for students
*To handle student data (on Excel/ Google Sheets), and to share important data with seniors as and when required
*To check, maintain and constantly improve High quality in the outgoing communication with students

*To be available on Whatsapp to respond to student queries
*To train the team periodically on soft skillsAny person who has prior experience of making customer support calls or handling customer queries with ease will have the opportunity to grab the position. You should enjoy interacting with people, talking to them and guiding them. You need to connect with people and be energetic to speak to.
Knowledge of the law is not necessary to succeed in this job.
