We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Relationship Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and enhancing customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and contributing to overall customer retention efforts.
Responsibilities:
1. Customer Engagement:
o Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through effective communication and relationship-building strategies.
o Respond promptly to customer inquiries and address concerns to ensure a positive customer experience.
2. Client Interaction:
o Guide and stay connected with our existing clients through the coordination’s , handles all sort of queries .
3. Issue Resolution:
o Act as the primary point of contact for customer issues and work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve problems promptly.
4. Product Knowledge:
o Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a customer-facing role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with local language Like : Kannada ,Hindi - will be an added advantage
• Hands on experience in MS Excel.
Work Mode :
Its work from office – 6 days to office located at J C road Bangalore
