Handle and respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests through email communication channels.
Craft articulate and polished responses that align with the brand's tone and values.
Address customer queries related to product information, order status, returns, and other service-related matters.
Product Knowledge:
Provide detailed information on product specifications, materials, and craftsmanship to assist customers in making informed decisions.
Issue Resolution:
Investigate and resolve customer issues related to orders, shipments, product inquiries, and after-sales services.
Customer Advocacy:
Build and maintain positive customer relationships through thoughtful and personalized interactions.
Quality Assurance:Uphold the highest standards of service quality and accuracy in all email communications.Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a luxury retail or high-end brand environment.
