( Both Online and Physical Classes) for Children & Adults for our fast growing company, ufaber edutech.This will be an impactful position that will provide an opportunity to do what you love doing at the same time teach others the art of creating something unique and to help them creatively explore their innate talents.This is a project based assignment . - Generate and Develop Overall Content Strategy Plan for an Online Masterclass . Target audience age group is 7 through 14 years
- Understand the factors needed for a Successful Masterclass - Content that engages, is interactive and creates many a WOW moments
- Sketch out ideas and/or make models as a part of Content Creation
- Conduct Online Masterclasses ( Schedule of classes will be discussed at a later point) where Live Demonstration has to be shared with students
- Have a deep understanding of how Children Learn
- Understand the needs of the audience and adjust the contents accordingly without compromising on the Learning Outcomes
- Adapt the content to individual needs of students with varying intellectual and artistic abilities
- Accommodate a variety of instructional activities
- Explain and pitch your ideas clearly to the client
- Respond positively to client feedback
- Adapt and refine your work based on client response
- Evaluate each student’s performance and growth in knowledge and aesthetic understandings, and prepare assessment reports
- Have a Natural Flair towards Art and Craft
- You love Children
- You are passionate about teaching
- You are a natural in front of the camera
- You have the ability to make qualitative judgments about art
- An excellent Portfolio of Work
- Teaching experience
- Have Phenomenal Communication Skills
