Position: General Corporate Transaction LawyerPosition: General Corporate Transaction Lawyer
Role & responsibilities1. Drafting, negotiating, preparing, vetting, and reviewing terms of various complex business, non-commercial and commercial contracts, including but not limited to transaction documents, NDAs, MOU, Lease Agreement, Employment Agreements, etc. and making sure that they are compliant and aligned with the interests of the client Company.2. Participate in and effectively manage negotiations and communication with clients, opposing counsel, and internal/external stakeholders.3. Research and drafting for legal and other matters, creating workflows, playbooks and trackers to improve team processes. Taking seminars and giving lectures.4. Providing critical advisory support to the Board of Directors / Founders of the client Company and publishing of contents on the social media.5. Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.5. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.6. Proficiency in legal research and drafting documents.7. Experience in Legal/Financial/ Secretarial Due Diligence is preferred See Less
