Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and recruit passionate individuals to become community ambassadors.
- Review applications, conduct interviews, and select qualified candidates to join the ambassador program.
- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs to educate ambassadors about our platform, values, and community guidelines.
- Facilitate orientation sessions and onboarding activities to help new ambassadors integrate into the community.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for ambassadors, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.

- Encourage ambassadors to post in the community and participate in community activities.
- Monitor ambassador activity and engagement metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Develop communication strategies to keep ambassadors informed about platform updates, events, and opportunities.
- Use data-driven insights to iterate and optimize the ambassador program for maximum impact.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- Prior experience in community management, ambassador programs, or related roles.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative strategies for ambassador recruitment and engagement.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using online collaboration tools and platforms.
