Commercial Bank: Wholesale Lending Services – Transformation & Simplification LeaderThe Wholesale Lending Services (WLS), Transformation & Simplification Leader is a senior position within the JPMorgan Chase Wholesale Lending Services leadership team. The position requires a results-focused, visionary, influential and process-disciplined leader with a strong technical acumen to deliver against an extensive future-state roadmap.   1. Hire, coach and mentor team to develop domain expertise and build bench strength in WLS application used to service existing portfolio for insurance and collateral tracking
  2. Partner w/Stakeholders to prioritize requests and deliver a multigenerational product roadmap that delivers efficiencies, controls and an improved user experience
  3. Deploy robust application testing program to drive quality of application and increase speed of deployment: Including comprehensive inventory of test scripts, deploy standardize approach and tools, automated testing roadmap, partnering with Technology to develop / deploy required tools
· Lead cross functional team to develop and execute on application roadmap for development, expansion and ongoing support
  • Partner with stakeholders to due diligence, simplify and provide detailed requirements of key processes prior to onboarding of new functionality
  • Research and implement tools that will accelerate new onboarding efforts, by improving the processes for data analysis, current state process analysis and project tracking
· Enhance user experience by regularly obtaining feedback from actual users, balancing backlog, and obtain real-time feedback on priorities· Foster relationship with Technology partners to develop robust roadmap for application refreshes, future functionality (API’s, OCR, Reporting/Data warehousing, Automated testing), backlog execution and application architecture simplification· Think strategically and tactically to design and implement deliverables with the flexibility to adjust to new innovations, regulations and priorities· Implement resource, governance and organization structure to deliver the transformational initiatives as required in order to deliver results in a complex environment· Exhibit ownership in managing partnerships by working closely with cross-functional stakeholders across WLS, Technology, & Business leaders· Effectively communicate to provide regular updates to WLS leadership and the firm, including presentations, executive summaries and summary metricsRequired Qualifications· Bachelor’s degree· Previous expertise and a true passion for process innovation, design, and digital technology with proven success delivering complex, large scale initiatives· Demonstrated project management & leadership experience in financial services· Strong financial experience· Demonstrated experience managing and collaborating with multiple teams, coordinating across different cross-functional initiatives, and reaching consensus with diverse stakeholders· Excellent judgement and independent decision-making ability· Strong organization, attention to detail, time management, planning skills and the ability to handle multiple competing priorities· Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively to multiple levels of management, both written and verbalPreferred Qualifications· IT or technical experience a plus· Demonstrated Ability to work with large data sets· Knowledge of data warehousing technologies a plus· Significant experience with querying and reporting tools such as SQL, Tableau, Qlik Sense· Knowledge or experience working with Financial Services operational processes & systems
