We are looking for a hard-working, reliable Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team and help us by ensuring Pluralsight receives payments for goods and services while maintaining outstanding customer service. As a Collections Specialist, you will assist in cash applications, daily collections and responding to customer requests.Who you’re committed to being:

Continually looking for ways to streamline and improve processesWhat you’ll own:
Learn and use daily collections and accounting systems
Track unpaid invoices and follow up regularly with customers for payment, and coordinate with sales reps as needed
Correspond regularly with sales reps regarding questions on invoices and customer requests
Apply payments received to outstanding invoices
Monitor and respond promptly to the constant inflow of e-mails to AR inbox and other communication channels
Prepare AR Aging reports for weekly meetings with AR team and leadership
Coordinate with customers and sales reps to send invoices and receive payments through EDI (electronic data interchange) as necessaryExperience you’ll need:
Bachelor’s degree equivalent
Minimum 6 months of professional work experience.
Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, Tesorio, Hiver or other accounting systems a plus
