Job PurposeSetting up & consolidating of Government Business Vertical in Vodafone Idea Business Services. Set out Budgets in terms of growth in Revenues, Market share and ProfitabilityKey Result Areas/Accountabilities
• Setup & stabilize Government Business Segment within VIBS by setting out strategies to grow market share and enhance competitive positioning.• Develop & Plan overall go-to-market approach for segment in order to tap direct & indirect opportunities.• Identify, Collaborate to Create & stabilize Infrastructure and Processes customized for the segment• Build people capability and skill set required meet the Segments unique challenges/ requirements.• Extensive engagement within Circle to gain mindshare for the segment and systematic relationship building with the Customer C level/ decision making machinery.• Responsible for P&L of Govt Business, driven through the Segment Team
