Setting up & consolidating of Government Business Vertical in Vodafone Idea Business Services. Set out Budgets in terms of growth in Revenues, Market share and Profitability
Key Result Areas/Accountabilities
• Setup & stabilize Government Business Segment within VIBS by setting out strategies to grow market share and enhance competitive positioning.
• Develop & Plan overall go-to-market approach for segment in order to tap direct & indirect opportunities.
• Identify, Collaborate to Create & stabilize Infrastructure and Processes customized for the segment
• Build people capability and skill set required meet the Segments unique challenges/ requirements.
• Extensive engagement within Circle to gain mindshare for the segment and systematic relationship building with the Customer C level/ decision making machinery.
• Responsible for P&L of Govt Business, driven through the Segment Team
• Strategic and man-management capabilities.
• 9+ years experience in a reputed organization and responsibility of P&L having good experience of handling Government business for at least 5 years.
• Knowledge and Understanding of B2B domain viz, Complex Account Management, CXO relationships & Social connect
• Experience in creating Business/ Segment as a start-up from Concept till execution
Must have technical / professional qualifications
• Strong analytical & conceptual skills in Business /revenue scenario planning.
• Must have the ability to manage the highest levels of interaction
• Business and Account Management skills.
• Experience in working with large& diverse teams of senior level professionals.
