The Career counsellor will be responsible for selling training services to individual and corporate
clients. This role requires strong presentation, communication, and sales skills to achieve monthly
revenue targets.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calls, email campaigns, social media outreach, and other digital marketing activities to
generate new sales leads
- Deliver presentations on training services to large groups of potential clients
- Establish rapport with prospects and existing clients to understand their needs and recommend
appropriate training solutions
- Maintain thorough knowledge of all training programs offered to provide sound advice to clients
