The role incumbent will be responsible for end-to-end development tracking ,implementation management of customizations and new developments.· Work with users to understand their function and service related needs· Lead internal development teams and oversee System Integration customization projects· Responsible for delivering requirements leading the changes in interface systems and digital channels- Web & Mobile· Provide technical inputs to design and development phases· Evaluate , Analyse and design the change in the channels and interface systems· Do impact analysis for changes in interface systems· Verify the SI estimates· Coordinate with the SI· Estimate the CR efforts· Negotiate the cost & timelines with vendors· Manage SLAs and agreements with vendor· Oversee Invoice processing· Look into all aspects of web, App and Database across all initiatives· Manage multiple vendors for various projects and ensuring that timelines are met· To assess and highlight risks invo...
