We are looking for self driven individuals who are entrepreneurial in nature and are open to join our organization. We, at Inquizity, offer clients assistance in their Operations through provision of Point Applications, Tools and Analysis. Inquizity tries to get to the client a number of tried and tested tools and applications that would be otherwise be lost in the clutter. Our focus is Operations and includes two key areas of:Decision Support Systems in Operations such as Forecasting, Production Planning, Logistic Planning, Production Scheduling, Inventory Management etc, Analytics in the area of Operations such as Delivery Analytics, Sales Analytics Inventory Analytics
Process Digitalisation wherein we look to use digital technologies to relook reassess processes and systems of a company / process, design the new processes in line with digital and implement the digital strategies to improve operations through our digital platform called dataSAVI.

Inquizity has been in existence (Formerly known as Indus Momentus) for about 8 years and has more than 50 customers across industries. We started off as Supply Chain planning tools company but with the addition of dataSAVI, we are rapidly growing in the past year or so on the back of this digital initiative. dataSAVI is a low code platform that looks at all aspects of the digital any initiative of Sensing data, Acquiring / Accumulating data, Visualise data and Interpret data.
Role definition
The following would be the Role Definition to the best that can defined given that this is startup.
Business Development:o The role would require the candidate to pursue new client opportunities for existing tools (DSS / Analytics / Process Improvement)o The role would also require the candidate to translate other functional requirements into tools to build or partner with.Pre Saleso The role would require the candidate to understand the client requirements and ability to translate the same into a relevant tool that would help automate the process and make it more efficiento The role would require the candidate to understand the products that Inquizity would implement/use and apply the same in a client situation.Digital Marketingo The role would require the candidate to use digital marketing ideas to increase the presence ofThe above role is broad in scope given that it is a startup.Candidate profileThe profile of the candidate we are seeking is as follows:0. The Candidate should have proven skills and experience in business development in B2B space in the areas of IT Strategy / Consulting /ERP1. The Candidate should be have about 3-6 years of experience in the area of business development in IT Strategy / Consulting /ERP2. The Candidate should be conversant with operational research and statistical techniques such as Linear Programming, etc.3. The Candidate should be a Bachelors in Engineering (preferably Mechanical) or Bachelors in Mathematics, MBA is an added plus but not mandatory at all.4. The Candidate should have good communication, analytical and presentation skills5. The Candidate should be self starter and have the ability to work in an unstructured, start up environment6.
