Job Description

You will be working for Docon Technologies and as a Sales Lead Manager you will be the tip of the spear. You will showcase our product to doctors and help grow our user base.Build a robust pipeline of leads (doctors) via various sources
Meet doctors and showcase how Docon can transform their practice
Train the doctors to use our product
Close the sale after the trial period is over
Provide after-sales service
Involves 100% travelling (Feet-on-street sales)
You are a natural extrovert. Conversing with people feeds your energy.
You can charm people into doing what you would like them to do.
You are deeply empathetic and respectful of people. Having a strong Customer Focus is very important.
You want to build a strong career in Sales
