Job Description
The candidate will be involved in domestic telesales process through calls. The calls shall be made to the school owners and school principals.
- She should be able to explain the product to the school owners/principal over the call.
- She is expected to set up executive meetings for any demo requested by the school.
- She is expected to timely follow up with the prospective customers.
- She is expected to update the CRM on a daily basis.

- Understand customer needs and pitch in sales
- Maintain Amicable nature over the call, and share a good customer service experience
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal Skills
- Minimum 1 year experience in any customer support/sales domain
- Ability to converse in multi-language (Hindi and English Mandatory)
- Ability to convince customers
