What you’ll do:

As a BDR team, our focus is new business opportunities. We master communicating Pluralsight’s platform by aligning our solutions with the business objectives of our customers. Successful BDRs build close partnerships with sales and marketing to optimize engagement with tech leaders. Our top performers master the following skills and traits:

• Field leads generated by marketing, responding to leads within SLA.

• Convert leads into qualified meetings which you will set for the Account Executive assigned to the account.

• Respond to online instant chats and customer inquiries.

• Manage our sales email inbox, ensuring you meet response SLA’s and you are putting the customer at the forefront. Passing inquiries where necessary to the correct Pluralsight rep.

• Build sales-ready opportunities and transferring those leads to Sales Representatives

• Handle sales pipeline through qualification to discovery and preparing reports and forecasts on activities and results using Salesforce.com

• Achieve and exceeding monthly quotas of qualified appointments and pipeline generated

Experience you’ll bring:

Ideal candidates will have a positive, resilient, and energetic demeanor and ability to thrive on a high-energy and collaborative sales team.

• 1-2 years in inbound lead generation, customer support (Email/Chat)

• Bachelor's degree as minimum qualification is mandatory.

• High-level communication, writing, and time management skills

• Can collaborate effectively and is a great teammate

• Resilient in problem solving and maintaining a strong attitude

• Shows resourcefulness and demonstrates the ability to work well under pressure

• Ability to multi-task by managing multiple sources of leads at one time.
