- About the Job: Looking for 4 to6 years experienced Business Analyst with Strong programming skills in languages like Python, R, for data analysis.
- Location: Noida
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Engineering.
- Key Responsibilities: Partner with cross-functional teams to identify business problems and develop solutions that leverage data.
- Lead the development and implementation of data-driven strategies to drive meaningful business results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key metrics, KPIs, and data requirements for product initiatives.
- Query large datasets using SQL and curate data for the purpose of analytics.
- Analyze large and complex data sets using to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform decision-making.
- Develop and maintain data visualizations and dashboards using Power BI that communicate insights to key stakeholders.
- Design and execute A/B tests, analyze results, and provide actionable insights to optimize product features and functionalities.
- Use data to identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative approaches for product analytics.
- Deep knowledge of statistical analysis.
- Proficiency with SQL and data visualization tools such as Power BI.
- Strong programming skills in languages like Python, R, for data analysis.
- Ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity.
- Additional Requirements: 3+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst, Data Scientist, or similar role – preferably supporting manufactured products
