Role Overview:

As a vital member of our Digital People Systems team, you will be instrumental in developing and supporting business processes and applications focused on Performance Management and Goal Management. Role Overview:

As a vital member of our Digital People Systems team, you will be instrumental in developing and supporting business processes and applications focused on Performance Management and Goal Management. Your role involves partnering with internal stakeholders to understand their needs in PM and GM, documenting system requirements, configuring the SAP system, and overseeing custom system development to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide ongoing support for existing PM and GM systems and procedures within SAP.

• Engage in project management, including implementation planning, testing approaches, and test planning for PM and GM initiatives.

• Act as a liaison with internal teams and external partners, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

• Maintain strong relationships with Business Leaders and Internal Customers, understanding their needs in PM and GM, and delivering solutions that align with their objectives.

• Resolve issues and incidents related to PM and GM modules in SAP.

• Monitor and maintain SAP’s PM and GM processes, ensuring optimal performance.

• Create, update, and maintain operational procedures and documentation for PM and GM.

• Offer functional and technical guidance to other team members.

• Analyze and document current workflows in PM and GM, identifying improvement areas.

• Lead in designing and implementing process modifications in PM and GM.

• Plan and conduct system testing for PM and GM enhancements.

• Develop and implement strategies for application builds, system configuration, unit testing, and review in the PM and GM context.

• Assist in data conversions and validations specific to PM and GM modules.

• Develop implementation plans and oversee changes to production environments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field -OR- an equivalent combination of education and work experience.

• 3+ years of meaningful work experience in SAP with a focus on Performance Management and Goal Management.

• Experience with system implementation and configuration, specifically in SAP’s PM and GM modules.

Other Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of SAP Performance Management and Goal Management processes.

• Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying technical and non-technical information effectively.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on customer service.

• Ability to interpret and implement strategies with an emphasis on quality and agility. See Less
