As the Assistant Vice President (AVP) of Operations, you will collaborate directly with the founder to enhance operational efficiency and drive profitability. Your primary responsibilities will include optimizing systems and processes, managing client feedback and escalations, enhancing productivity, and developing comprehensive reports and dashboards for operational control. What you need to do: - Collaborating closely with the founder to develop and execute strategies to enhance operational efficiency and profitability. - Proactively seek client feedback, manage escalations, and ensure exceptional client satisfaction - Identifying opportunities to improve systems, processes, and technology to streamline operations and enhance the overall client experience. - Leading initiatives to increase productivity across all facets of the business, from facility management to client services. - Developing and implementing reporting mechanisms, including comprehensive reports and dashboards, to provide real-time insights into operational performance. - Analyzing operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. - Working cross-functionally with other departments to ensure alignment and collaboration in achieving operational goals. - Staying abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously innovate and enhance our operational capabilities. What you need to have: - Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Masters degree preferred. - 15+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in the coworking space or real estate industry. - Proven track record of driving operational excellence and profitability - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team to achieve goals and deliver exceptional results. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experience with operational software and tools. - Highly organized with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
