About the Job – The Automation Test Manager leads a team in developing and executing automated testing strategies to ensure software quality and efficiency. They collaborate with cross-functional teams, design frameworks, and optimize processes for enhanced product quality and accelerated release cycles.
Location: Noida/Mumbai/Pune/Bangalore/Hyderabad/Chennai/Coimbatore
Educational Background – Any Graduate
Key Responsibilities –
· Overall 15+ Years Industry Experience in Automation Testing.
· Hands-on Automation Framework development knowledge specially on Selenium
· Should possess good hands-on experience on Review automation test scripts.
· Experience in leading a QA team or managing the careers of direct reports at different levels of career development.
· Good Experience and Knowledge on Test Management, Test Strategy and Testing Methodologies
· Experience on Automation Test Case Desing, Reviews and Defect Management
· Good Understanding of Testing Process, Stakeholder Management and Communication, Reporting
· Experience on Creation of Test Strategy, Test Plan and Approach based on Program.
· Experience on Azzure, Devops, CI/CD
· Can work on continuous improvements, New Technical Initiatives
· Handson Experience on Azzure Devops is preferable.
Skills Required – Proficiency in test automation tools/frameworks and software testing methodologies. Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and programming skills, alongside familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
