We are looking for aqualified associate delivery manager(ADM)having extensive Business operations support experience. Associate should be from management background and should be able to manage a team of 125 people and provide effective guidance to portfolio.

QUALIFICATION
· Bachelors’ or Masters’ is Computer Science/ IT or equivalent
EXPERIENCE
11-14+ years overall experience & 5+ experience in Assistant/Team Manager role
People Manager role handling a team of >100-150 associates
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
· People Management skills/experience
· Data management, MS office-Excel/PPT, Problem solving skills
· End to end project Management of development projects and critical initiatives
· Self-driven and Accountable for all the deliveries
· Oversees strategic planning, budget development, and management for a multiple projects
· Directs multiple work functions with broad scope and strategic business impact.
· Interfaces with key stakeholders; develops strategies and facilitates performance measurement plans to optimize delivery
· Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports.
· Help in resource allocation and estimation efforts and delegate duties for routine activities.
· Investigate and explore upcoming new technologies and suggest for enhancements.
· Liaison with onshore team for effective delivery
· Handle vendor relationships to deliver services.
· Ensure and record requirements coverage by verification.
· Manages the communication portfolio for the team, ensuring effective means of communication are in place when facing crisis situations. Ensures accurate status reporting on all work efforts.
