We are seeking a skilled Client Delivery Expert to join our Applied Data Science team. This is a unique opportunity to join us in driving Client Delivery excellence as part of the Applied Data Science team. As a Client Delivery Expert you will work closely with the Global Applied data science team to streamline client delivery processes and enhance efficiency. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact on our global operations while honing your skills in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Your expertise in organization, multi-tasking and process optimization will be instrumental in maintaining our reputation for precision and excellence in client delivery.

Key Responsibilities:-

1. Process Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for process optimisation and advocate for best practices to enhance delivery outcomes.

2. Pipeline Management: Effectively manage and execute a busy pipeline.

3. Organisational Skills: Demonstrate a natural ability for organisation and multi-tasking, ensuring smooth operations.

4. Attention to Detail: Uphold meticulous standards for documentation and process execution.

5. Team Contribution: Contribute to the collective expertise of the team by sharing insights, influencing process improvements, and maintaining a culture of excellence.

What we expect from you

· Experience in Data analysis.

· Experience in Python, Spark, SQL is a must.

· Experience in handling large data volumes with modern data processing tools, e.g. by using Hadoop / Spark / SQL / Python.

· Experience in MS office like PowerPoint, excel is a must

· Experience in PowerBi is an added advantage.

· Experience in retail background is an added advantage.

· Experience with and passion for connecting work directly to the customer experience, making a real and tangible impact.
