Department Description
AMO Production Services provides systems development, implementation and application support to Middle Office and Back Office for our Investment Management Business. Some of the key business functions we support are Trade Settlement, Pricing, Reconciliation, Fund Positions, Escrow and Fund Accounting. AMO Production Services has to support highly business critical applications which need quick response time, timely resolution and accurate business communication. The applications use multiple stacks of technologies and are hosted on variety of platforms.

Purpose of your role
The successful candidate would be expected to be a part of AMO Production Support team; and provide Level 1&2 support to the assigned systems. Key aspect of the role is to provide the production support for FIL AMO Business facing applications.
Key Responsibilities
· Responsible for support operations including health checks, business service requests, production incident investigations and root cause analysis with focus and emphasis on supporting the platforms on behalf of the Asia business.
· Ensure adherence to service management standards including incident, problem, change and release management
· Provide articulate, accurate and timely updates on issues to stakeholders
· Responsible for supporting critical investment management applications, including internally developed systems, and their integration with upstream and downstream systems.
· Coordinate and facilitate resolution for major incidents engaging with the incident management team, upstream providers, infrastructure teams etc. as required
· Follow-up on issues ensuring appropriate remediation tasks are completed
· Collaborate with delivery teams, ensuring support requirements are met prior to production deployment
· Responsible for raising change tickets and communicating appropriately
· Responsible for implementing changes in controlled environments
· Implement and maintain efficient, well-rehearsed business continuity and service recovery plans
· Ensure operational stability by continually improving processes and implementing proactive monitoring
· Perform regular knowledge sharing through documentation and training sessions to other members
· Collaborate with regional teams to evolve firm-wide best practices
· Willing to work in a 24x7 environment participating in an on-call rota as well as night and weekend work
