As a AM- Marketing and Distribution, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and developing marketing strategy for the region/ branches.

• Planning and executing BTL and ATL marketing activities at state and branch level
• Regularly coordinating and organizing customer and vendor engagement initiatives
• Conceptualizing, planning and executing marketing campaigns in coordination with State and HUB Business Head to achieve business objectives
• Liaising with marketing agencies, ad agencies, local media in driving the marketing initiatives
• Constantly tracking marketing activities of competition at branch and state level and implementing best practices

What you need to have:
• Marketing/ Distribution experience of 6 - 8 years
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent understanding of conventional and digitised marketing tools
• Strong negotiation skills
