Job Description
Provide administrative support to the team and as needed.
Coordinate with external consultants/advisors such as CA, CS, Bank authorities etc.
Ensure timely filings of statutory compliances.
Keep track of MIS reports.
Liaison with vendors, suppliers, and service providers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely payment processing.
Handle all banking transactions like maintaining account balances, generating account statements, preparing necessary bank letters etc.
Monitor, track and maintain all internal expenses and handle petty cash.
Record and maintain all physical and/or digital copies of invoices/ bills and other necessary documents.
Assist in the planning and execution of company events, conferences, and other special projects as required.Qualifications:2-4 years of experience in a similar role.
Effective multitasker with proven experience in collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders.
Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
Ability to take ownership and work under minimum supervision.
