Leadership

Perform project quality checks and provide trends to assist individual development.
Job Function
Set up and maintenance of items to ensure that purchase orders can be written, product can flow through supply chain and signs can be ordered through on-line catalog.
Create project set up form to ensure accuracy of part numbers, bar codes, distributions, order quantities and kitting details of Signs.
Communicate sign flows and project set up forms to cross functional teams including MPD, Print Buying, Creative Production, and ISM Operations, and vendors.
Partner with print buying to review adjacencies, tied reports and compare reports for new stores and remodels to determine signing needs.
Production of all in-store marketing within designated division(s)
Resolve InStore Marketing questions coming from the stores within 24 hours.
Partner with onsite team/print buying to update estimates based on compare reporting
Create and own database of store signing attributes.
Compare reports for new stores and remodels to determine signing needs.
Resolve warehouse stock issues; determine reorder quantities, and monitor inventory for new and remodel stores
Responsible for generating and analyzing data in order to make recommendations for change or adaptations to current processes in order to drive effective execution
Initiate conference calls with Minneapolis team to initiate division/event-specific learning’s to build the contextual knowledge
Proof/research special projects as assigned.
Requirements
3 year college degree, preferably in Business Management
6+ years of retail industry / marketing experience
Knowledge of InStore marketing and printing industry
Ability to read and analyze data and a strong comfort level with numbers
Organization and planning skills
Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize
Excellent attention to detail
Initiative, self-motivation
Excellent communication skills
Collaborative team player
