High performers do not need performance conversation to accelerate in their career. They focus on right behaviors and skills that would help them to excel.  High performing employee would also look for avenues to solicit feedback and focus on feed forward to continue to improve and excel.  Most women tend to seek feedback as an endorsement of their work but would not focus much on feedforward.
