HCL is proud to introduce 'iBelieve- HCL’s Career Program for Women'. The program provides a platform for women belonging to any educational background or previous experience to pursue active careers in IT sector. The key tenets of this program are Empower, Enable and Employ: Empowering to believe in oneself through our counselling sessions, Enabling by our extensive training & diversity lead policies and Employing at HCL for further growth in their career

The Pathways event will witness HCL leadership addressing the candidates and explaining the finer details of the program. There will also be a discussion with HCL leaders and industry experts on 'How Corporates are enabling work life continuity for Women'.
