Panelist Bios

Emilie McLaughlin is the Chief People Officer at Forcepoint. She is responsible for leading Forcepoint’s overall human resources strategy. As Chief People Officer, she believes in increasing the company’s global diversity and inclusion programs, driving pride in both Forcepoint culture and products, and championing talent development that supports the needs and aspirations of the company’s nearly 2,000 employees across the globe. Since joining Forcepoint in 2017, McLaughlin has also served as Vice President of HR Centers of Excellence. McLaughlin brings over 20 years of developing smart and strategic solutions in human resources to her role as Chief People Officer. Prior to Forcepoint, she led Global Talent at Alphatec Spine and Employee Experience at Quintiles, now IQVIA. McLaughlin spent nearly 15 years studying and working in Munich and Berlin, Germany before returning to the U.S. McLaughlin earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago.

Charanya Subramanian is the Software Engineering Manager of Network Security at Forcepoint. Charanya has been with Forcepoint for over 7 years. After spending more than 12 years in software development, she decided to move to a management role, and she is currently leading a team of 11 engineers. In her current role she manages delivery of key projects involving resource planning, implementing processes, road map discussions and resolving engineering issues. In her previous role with Forcepoint, she has been working on product development and escalation handling of secure web and email gateways. She has her past expertise in networking and cyber security and has been involved in the development of digital certificate generation and management software and software emulation of satellite signals for Viasat. She received a Bachelor’s of Engineering in Computer Science and Master’s of Business Administration in Technology Management from Anna University, Chennai.

Vanya Agarwal is the Senior Human Resources Manager for India at Forcepoint. Vanya has been with Forcepoint for over 2 years and has not only seen the inception of the India Innovation Center but has had the pleasure of interviewing nearly every employee there. In her role at Forcepoint, Vanya leads the India HR Business Partner team and partners with business leaders and drives strategic initiatives with focus on key elements for People success, Enable, Engage & Enhance, while retaining the culture at core.  Vanya brings 16 years of diverse HR experience to Forcepoint. Prior to Forcepoint, she led the HR function for Cyberinc India, which was acquired by Forcepoint in 2021 and led to inception of the India Innovation Centre. She has previously led HR Business Partnering at Reliance and Syntel, now Eviden. Vanya received a Master’s in Personnel Management from Pune University & Bachelor’s in Computer Applications from Rohilkhand University.

Pallavi Rajput is Principal Product Manager at Forcepoint, where she has been contributing her expertise for the past two years in building a cutting-edge zero-trust web security solution, Remote Browser Isolation. Under her leadership, the team has successfully launched several innovative features, driving increased user engagement and retention rates. With over 17 years of experience in the IT industry, Pallavi initially embarked on her career as an engineer. After spending more than a decade in engineering roles, she transitioned to Product Management driven by her passion for creating impactful, customer-centric solutions. Her career includes pivotal roles at BMC, IBM, Symantec, and Cyberinc. With a track record of innovation, she has contributed to over seven patents in her field, showcasing her commitment to delivering cutting-edge solutions infused with technical excellence and customer-centricity. Pallavi's academic background includes BE in Computer Science from Pune University and Executive MBA in Product Leadership from MIT Pune, further solidifying her expertise in both technical and strategic aspects of product development.

Madhuri Shenoy is Senior Manager, Customer Success at Forcepoint. Madhuri has been with Forcepoint for 2.5 years now. In her current role, she oversees the Customer Success team in India that supports global Forcepoint customers.  Her team works with customers to adopt Forcepoint products successfully, help them achieve their use cases and in doing so, represents the Voice of the Customer while interacting with internal Forcepoint departments. Her journey in cybersecurity started more than 15 years back as a novice support engineer in technical support. She started from a totally non-tech background doing arts and linguistics before kickstarting her tech journey across various roles, departments and teams before moving on to Customer Success at Forcepoint.
