Meet the Experts

Meetika Bhatia is a member of the Data and AI team and globally heads the Production Monitoring Incident Management Team and Index Production within BlackRock's Technology and Operations Group. 

Meetika joined the firm in May of 2019, based in Gurgaon, India, and is responsible for day-to-day operations of her team.

Prior to joining BlackRock, Meetika spent over 11 years with the Royal Bank of Scotland as a Director.  During her tenure with RBS, Meetika’s responsibilities spanned from delivering strategic Front to Back Programs for meeting the organizations Regulatory Requirements.

Manisha Sukhija leads the Platform Engineering team within BlackRock's Aladdin Product Group in India. 

The Platform Engineering team architects and builds the fabric that underpins Aladdin, an operating system for investment managers that seeks to connect the information, people and technology needed to manage money in real time. 

She is an IT software professional with 20+ years of career experience, reflecting strong leadership skills with program management, delivery management and software solution design and development expertise in the financial services domain. 

She has vast exposure in delivering end-to-end strategic initiatives and regulatory programs to enable business growth for her organization. 

Prior to this, Manisha was a Senior Project Manager at Fidelity Investments in Gurgaon where she led the digital transformation program for the Personal Investing business.

On the personal front, Manisha is married and settled in Delhi. She has a 14 year old son, who is currently in grade 9
